You do not have to leave to eat well. Terminal 1 has restaurants on 4F (Airport Mall) and 5F; Terminal 2 on B1, 1F, 2F and 4F; Terminal 3 has a food court with about 450 seats and seven places to eat. All of it is before security, so you can walk in without a boarding pass — including from another terminal. Sushi, unagi, soba, ramen, curry, burgers. Most kitchens close around 20:00–21:00. Terminal 3's seating stays open all night, and one shop there serves 24 hours. If you eat plant-based, T's TANTAN on Terminal 2's 4F is fully vegan — ramen and gyoza with no meat, fish, dairy or egg — open 07:30 to 20:30 (last order), before security.
