An outlet centre with international and Japanese brands, set up for visitors with tax-free counters. A direct shuttle bus runs from the airport terminals — roughly 15 minutes from Terminal 1, 20 from Terminal 2, ¥500 each way. Closer than it looks on a map, but shopping here still eats a couple of hours.
